Decorah Bank & Trust is named a "Top Workplace"

Decorah Bank & Trust Company, together with its Cresco Bank & Trust affiliate, has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by The Des Moines Register.  The award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, effectiveness, execution, and connection.

Decorah Bank employees were asked to rank statements on a seven point scale and were encouraged to add anonymous comments in the survey. One such comment from an employee-owner was "It is the first place I've worked that truly values family-work life balance. The morale and culture here is positive."
