Decorah man arrested for OWI

On Sunday at 1:45 a.m., Decorah police officers initiated a traffic stop on College Drive, and upon investigation, charged 22-year-old James Savoy of Decorah with OWI, first offense. Savoy was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
