Spillville man and Decorah man arrested in separate incidents

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports 46-year-old Timothy Theisen of Decorah was stopped on Trout Run Road on Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. Theisen was arrested on a failure to appear warrant and was transported to the Winneshiek County Jail.
A little later on Tuesday, 58-year-old Alan Kovarik of Spillville was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for operating while under the influence and driving while revoked.
