Decorah man and Postville woman charged with theft

On Saturday, Decorah Police Officers were notified of a theft at Sutton's Car Wash in Decorah. After reviewing security footage, officers charged 41-year-old Mark Schroeder of Decorah and 25-year-old Aimee Upton of Postville with theft from the car wash.

Schroeder and Upton were already incarcerated in the Winneshiek County Jail, so officers issued them new charges at the jail.Schroeder was charged with theft, 3rd degree, and Upton was charged with theft, 4th degree.
