Eastern Star Home donates to Decorah Public Library

The Barthell O.E.S. Home in Decorah has made a $200 donation to the Decorah Public Library.

The donation was made in honor of Ellen Knupp, whose project is to "Reach Out and Read." The funds will be used to purchase books for children's programs at the library.
