The lights are back on at the Winneshiek County Courthouse

After an absence of more than 10 years, the tower of the Winneshiek County Courthouse is again lighted during evenings.

New lighting was installed during the roof replacement project.  The new LED lights come with the ability to program lighting times and color schemes for different times of the year. 

Some minor adjustments still will be made to point the lights in the correct locations, but the new LED lights allow the Courthouse to be viewed 24 hours a day.
