Warrants served on two Northeast Iowa men

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies have served warrants on two people in separate cases.
26-year-old Stephen Dahlstrom of West Union was transported from the Allamakee County Jail and taken to the Winneshiek County Jail on a warrant for a sex offender registration violation. 40-year-old Jacob Frana of McGregor was arrested on Highway 51 and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail on a warrant for failure to serve jail time.
