Memorial service scheduled for victim of July 12th assault

A memorial service has been scheduled for 46-year-old Dave Hansen of Decorah, who died August 31st at Gundersen Health Systems in La Crosse from injuries he sustained from an assault July 12th. 

The service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday at the Burr Oak Lutheran Church, with visitation starting at 9:30 a.m. Friday.  In lieu of flowers a memorial account has been set up at Farmers and Merchants Savings Bank, located inside the Decorah Walmart.
