Two vehicle accident causes $11,000 in damages

Decorah Police were called to East Broadway and Day Street around 4:15 Saturday afternoon.  65-year-old Kerry Dolan of Decorah failed to stop at a stop sign on Day Street at East Broadway and collided into an SUV driven by 78-year-old Russell Brown of Decorah.

The accident caused $11,000 in damages.  A passenger in Brown's vehicle, 74-year-old Rose Brown, was taken to Winneshiek Medical Center by ambulance.  Dolan was ticketed for Failure to Yield the Right-Of-Way.
