Decorah man arrested on public intoxication charge

Decorah Police say they made a public intoxication arrested early Monday morning in the 300 block of East Main Street.

51-year-old Rodney Quam of Decorah was charged with First Offense Public Intoxication. He was booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
