Kerndt Brothers announces the acquisition of a wealth management firm

Kerndt Brothers Savings Bank has acquired the Securities America branch office of Paul Styve Investment Group based in Decorah.

Under the terms of the acquisition, Styve will continue to serve his current customers from the same office on Commerce Drive in Decorah, using the same phone number. "Working with Kerndt Brothers allows the business to grow and adds a new dimension to the business," says Styve.

Styve is a graduate of Decorah High School and the University of Northern Iowa School of Finance. Upon graduation, Paul enlisted in the U.S. Army Intelligence Service. Following his military service, Paul began his investment business in Decorah.
