Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports a busy weekend

On Friday afternoon, 25-year-old Oscar Hernandez of Ridgeway was west bound on 290th Street in Orleans Township. Hernandez lost control, entered the north ditch and rolled over. No ambulance transport was needed. Hernandez was cited for no driver's license, no proof of insurance and failure to maintain control. $10,000 of property damage was reported.

On Saturday shortly after 1:00 a.m., 29-year-old Ma Rodriguez of Fort Atkinson was stopped on Lake Meyer Road in Calmar Township. Rodriguez was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for driving while license revoked.
 
On Sunday around noon, 28-year-old  Riley Odean of Cedar Rapids was stopped on 210th Street in Calmar Township, Odean was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for driving while license revoked.

On Sunday evening, 30-year-old Samuel Donlon of Mabel, Minnesota was stopped on Silver Creek Road in Bluffton Township. Donlon was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for operating while under the influence 2nd offense.
