Walmart parking lot accident causes $3,000 in damages

46-year-old Kimberly Lubke of Ridegeway was backing out of a diagonal parking space in the Walmart parking lot and struck 42-year-old Douglas Nalean-Carlson of Decorah. There was $1,000 damage done to Lubke's Subaru and $2,000 damage done to Nalean-Carlson's Chevrolet.
