One of the kiosks in downtown Decorah has gotten a facelift

Downtown Decorah Betterment has funded the renovation of the kiosk at Water Street and River Street.  Four clocks on the top of the kiosk which had not been working have been removed.  The clocks have now been replaced with plates with rosemaling on them, created by local rosemaler Ruth Green.
 
The Water Street and River Street kiosk is one of six kiosks created by Downtown Decorah Betterment along Water Street.
