Black Hills Energy Named by Forbes as one of "America's Best Midsize Employers"

Black Hills Energy has been named by Forbes magazine to its "America's Best Midsize Employers 2018" list.
 
Forbes chose the top 250 midsize companies (with 1,000 to 5,000 employees) based on an independent survey of 30,000 American employees working for midsize to large firms and institutions.  Black Hills Energy joins a list which includes TripAdvisor, Lego Group and Johns Hopkins University.
 
Forbes partnered with analytics firm Statista to conduct the survey, which was designed to determine which companies make their employees feel secure, understood, needed and inspired. The most heavily weighted question in the survey asked employees how willing they would be to recommend their company to a friend or family member.
