Former Luther College staffer honored by the Society of American Archivists

Former Luther College Archives Director Rachel Vagts, now the head of Special Collections and Archives at Berea College in Kentucky, will be inducted as a "Fellow of the Society of American Archivists" during a convention starting Sunday in Washington, D.C.
It is the highest honor bestowed on individuals by SAA and is awarded for outstanding contributions to the archives profession. There are currently just 196 Fellows of the Society of American Archivists. Vagts will be one of just four new Fellows inducted in 2018.
