Two Winneshiek County residents served arrest warrants

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports making two arrests Wednesday, in unrelated cases.
28-year-old Joseph Francisco of Decorah was incarcerated in the Winneshiek County Jail Wednesday afternoon and served with a violation of pre-trial supervision arrest warrant.
36-year-old Melissa Foley of Calmar was arrested in Calmar shortly before midnight Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear. Foley was transported to the Winneshiek County Jail.
