Two Decorah residents arrested in separate incidents

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports two recent arrests.
On Monday afternoon, 36-year-old Keri Strong of Decorah was arrested on a warrant for theft 4th degree and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail.
On Tuesday night shortly before 11:00 p.m., 35-year-old David Kocian of Decorah was stopped in Calmar. He was arrested and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail for operating under the influence and driving while suspended.
