A new barber will begin working in Decorah

The retirement of Decorah barber Dennis Smock was felt among many men in the community two years ago. But a Connecticut resident is in the process of beginning to give haircuts in Decorah.

Danny Davi recently relocated to Decorah with his wife and two children.  Davi is classically-trained and has 16 years of hairstyling and barbering expertise.

He has joined the staff at The Salon at 217 East Water Street and is giving haircuts with no appointment necessary Tuesdays through Saturdays.
