Decorah man arrested for Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's office reports an arrest warrant was issued July 22nd for 18-year-old Nathaniel Darling of Decorah following an incident at the Upper Dam. Darling was charged with Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree, a Class C. Felony. He was arrested on Saturday and was taken to the Winneshiek County Jail.
