42 additional Winneshiek County veterans have been awarded Quilts of Valor.

The majority of the funding for these presentations was provided through grants received from The Depot Outlet and the Winneshiek County Community Foundation. The Quilts of Valor Foundation is a non-profit organization established and operated in accordance with Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
