Two men arrested for OWI

On Saturday at 11:30 p.m. 30-year-old Albert Emery of Ridegway was stopped on Madison Road in Madison Township. Emery was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for operating while under the influence 2nd offense.
On Sunday shortly before 1:30 a.m. 48-year-old Todd Wagner of Calmar was stopped on 265th Ave near 175th Street in Calmar. Wagner was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for operating while under the influence.
