Sumner man brought to Decorah on warrant for violation of parole

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies have transported a Sumner man to the Winneshiek County Jail on a warrant for violation of parole.
44-year-old Charles Evans was taken from the Black Hawk County Jail Tuesday night and brought to Decorah on a warrant for violation of parole. He is being held in the Winneshiek County Jail.
