Decorah man arrested on public intoxication charge

A 42-year-old Decorah man was arrested around 12:30 Monday morning by Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies.

Matthew Caquelin was charged with 3rd offense Public Intoxication and taken to the Winneshiek County Jail.
