The Cedar Rapids Gazette reports that the Iowa DNR's Environmental Protection Commission took no action Tuesday on a request to refer Walz Energy to the Attorney General's office for storm water violations in Clayton County.  Walz Energy operates a facility off Highway 18 just east of Monona.  A DNR complaint says storm water discharges started in October of 2017 and persisted through May 11th of this year.
