One subject in custody, manhunt continues for the other

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports 17-year-old Jacob Seelinger of Decorah was taken into custody and was charged as an adult with felony willful injury causing serious injury and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail. Following Seelinger's initial appearance he will be transported to a juvenile detention facility.
18-year-old Dalton James Adam of Decorah still remains at large and felony warrants have been issued for his arrest.
The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office continues to ask the public to be on the lookout for Dalton James Adam who was involved in a brutal attack assault shortly before midnight on Thursday. Adam is 6'1" , 200lbs, has brown hair, and was last seen in the Freeport area. This subject should be considered DANGEROUS!
The Sheriff's Office, Iowa State Patrol and Decorah Police Department along with the assistance of the Decorah Fire Department are aggressively searching for this subject.
