Cresco man arrested on harassment warrant

On Tuesday at 11:30 p.m., 34-year-old Jonathon Nelson of Cresco was arrested in Decorah on an aggravated misdemeanor harassment warrant. Nelson was transported to the Winneshiek County Jail.
