Ridgeway man arrested at the Winneshiek County Fair

On Tuesday at 9:50 p.m., Decorah Police Officers were called to the fairgrounds because of an underage intoxicated male running from the fair staff. After a brief search, officers found 19-year-old Caleb Fenske of Ridgeway hiding in the old sale barn. Fenske was intoxicated and noncompliant.

Fenske was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication, Disorderly Conduct, and Assault on a Peace Office. The Decorah Police Department was assisted by the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office.
