Two lawyers join Decorah law firm

The Decorah law firm of Anderson, Wilmarth, Van Der Maaten, Belay, Fretheim, Gipp & Zahasky has added two new attorneys.

Longtime Decorah attorney Timothy Lynch has joined the practice as an "of counsel attorney."  The firm is now known as the Law Offices of Anderson, Wilmarth, Van Der Maaten, Belay, Fretheim, Gipp, Lynch & Zahasky. 

Also Luther College graduate Dustin Noble has joined the law firm as an associate attorney.  Noble has a general practice including but not limited to estate planning, real estate, business law, and civil litigation.

The firm will continue to provide a wide array of legal services including, but not limited to, business law, estate planning, taxation, probate, real estate, family law, employment law, construction law, landlord/tenant, general litigation, appeals, and mediation.
