The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports three separate arrests

27-year-old Sean Reisner of Oelwein was arrested Tuesday and transported from the Fayette County Jail to the Winneshiek County Jail on a warrant for violation of probation.

44-year-old Lance Souhrada of Cresco was arrested Tuesday shortly after 5:00 p.m. Deputies were attempting to serve a warrant at a residence in Decorah when Souhrada, who had several active warrants out of a multitude of counties, was seen leaving. Souhrada fled from deputies, but was soon detained and arrested. One of the deputies sustained serious non-life threatening injuries during the apprehension. Souhrada was arrested and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail for interference with official acts resulting in serious injury and providing false identification information. He will remain incarcerated in the Winneshiek County Jail on Winneshiek County charges and then will be transported to the other counties that have warrants for him.

On Thursday afternoon, 35-year-old Dustin Tobin of Decorah was arrested and transported from the Allamakee County Jail to the Winneshiek County Jail on a warrant for failure to serve jail time.
