Decorah man ticketed following traffic accident

A ticket for Failure to Obey a Stop Sign has been issued following a two-vehicle crash at Division Street and Dudley Street just before noon Monday.

Decorah Police say 23-year-old Tim DeVore pulled out from a stop sign at Dudley Street into the path of a car driven by 76-year-old Phil Hemesath of Decorah. Neither driver was injured. The two vehicles had a total of $7,000 in damages.
