Decorah woman arrested on Floyd County warrant

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports 20-year-old Sasha Rouse of Decorah was arrested on a Floyd County Warrant Friday night on Highway 9 in Madison Township. Rouse was transported to the Winneshiek County Jail.
