Decorah eighth graders give American flag to Elks Lodge

Decorah eighth graders who took a class trip to Washington, D.C. during that trip were given an American flag which had flown over the Capitol.

Now those students have presented the flag to the Decorah Elks Lodge.

Elks Lodge Exalted Ruler Bruce Hanson received the flag from Past Exalted Ruler Faith Hlubek.
