Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputy Tim Felton announces his retirement

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputy Tim Felton is bringing his 42-year law enforcement career to a close. 

Deputy Felton has been the Sheriff's Department's DARE instructor since 1991 and has taken part in countless other community programs. In 2005, he was selected as Iowa DARE Officer of the year.  In 2012 he was recognized by KWWL as "Someone You Should Know." 

In addition to being active in the DARE program , he has been active with the Northeast Iowa Drug Task Force.
