Questionaire about flooding in NE Iowa is being mailed out

Luther College and the Upper Iowa Watershed Management Authority will soon be sending 2,250 people in Howard, Winneshiek, and Allamakee counties a short questionnaire about the 2016 flooding events.
The survey is being sent to a random sample of addresses within the Upper Iowa River Watershed. Responses from residents and business owners will be used to understand the ways flooding impacts communities in Northeast Iowa. The goal is to find ways to make communities more resilient to flooding.
