North Carolina resident arrested for OWI

A North Carolina man was arrested shortly before noon Saturday on a charge of Operating While under the Influence.

26-year-old Jacob Sheik was stopped on Highway 52 in Decorah Township. He was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
