Alleged domestic abuse leads to charges against a Decorah man

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies were called early Tuesday to a house on Old Stage Road east of Decorah.

46-year-old David Hansen of Decorah was arrested on a felony charge of Domestic Abuse Assault Impeding Air/Blood Flow.  He was taken to the Winneshiek County Jail.

After the arrest a search warrant was conducted at the same residence. The case remains under investigation.  Additional charges against individuals involved are pending, according to the Sheriff's Department.
