Decorah man arrested for public intoxication

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports 42-year-old Matthew Caquelin of Decorah was arrested Tuesday in Bluffton. Caquelin was booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for public intoxication – 3rd or subsequent offense.
