Cresco man arrested for pre-trial supervision violation

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports on Friday, shortly after midnight, 48-year-old Justin Payne of Cresco was arrested and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail on a warrant for violation of pre-trial supervision.
