Search warrant leads to 3 arrests and 9 felony drug charges

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office conducted a search warrant at a residence in Ridgeway on Friday. Upon investigation, 29-year-old Jason Baumgartner of Ridgeway, 26-year-old Jayme Baumgartner of Ridgeway and 24-year-old Mersadie Rehorst of Dubuque were arrested and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail.
Jason Baumgartner was charged with felony controlled substance violation (methamphetamine), felony controlled substance violation (marijuana) and felony possession or use of false drug tax stamp. Jason is being held on $30,000 cash only bond.
Jayme Baumgartner was charged with felony controlled substance violation (methamphetamine), felony controlled substance violation (marijuana) and felony possession or use of false drug tax stamp. Jayme is being held on $20,000 cash only bond.
Mersadie Rehorst was charged with felony controlled substance violation (methamphetamine), felony controlled substance violation (marijuana) and felony possession or use of false drug tax stamp. Mersadie is being held on $30,000 cash only bond.
This case remains under investigation. The Sheriff's Office was assisted by the Iowa State Patrol and the Winneshiek County Attorney's Office.
