Nora Springs man arrested for OWI

The Decorah Police Department reports making a traffic stop near Aase Haugen on Thursday at approximately 2:00 a.m. Upon investigation, 22-year-old James Sliger of Nora Springs was arrested and charged with Operating While Intoxicated.
