Bluffton woman charged with harboring a fugitive

56-year-old Tami Linne of Bluffton has been charged with aggravated misdemeanor Accessory to a Felony in connection to harboring a fugitive, according to the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department. Linne is accused of willingly and knowingly harbored wanted felon William Ray and his missing family from South Carolina.
