Olivia Rose Nelson named Decorah's Miss Poppy

A first grader has been chosen as the 2018 Miss Poppy for Decorah.

Olivia Rose Nelson is 7 years old and is the daughter of Ron Nelson, who is a member of the Decorah American Legion Post # 163 and an Army veteran.
