Minnesota man is in the Winneshiek County Jail following a high-speed chase

The Fillmore County Sheriff's Office was involved in a vehicle pursuit Thursday afternoon that led into Winneshiek County.

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies eventually stopped 41-year-old Justin Rickert of Wykoff, Minnesota after he had crossed over the Minnesota state line into Hesper Township.

Rickert was wanted in Minnesota on a warrant for a Felony Parole Violation.  Other Minnesota charges are pending.  Rickert will remain in the Winneshiek County Jail awaiting extradition.
