Ridgeway woman and Cresco man arrested on separate probation warrants

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports two people were arrested on warrants on Wednesday.
30-year-old Kathryn Allen of Ridgeway was transported from Mitchell County to the Winneshiek County Jail on 2 warrants for violation of probation.
48-year-old Justin Payne of Cresco who was already incarcerated in the Winneshiek County Jail, was served with a violation of probation warrant.
