Decorah Police make two arrests for Operating While Intoxicated

Decorah Police have made two separate arrests of motorists accused of drunk driving.

Early Thursday morning on MIll Street, officers stopped 23-year-old Ronald Olivier II and arrested him for First Offense OWI and for First Offense Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana).  Olivier II was booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.

Early Friday morning on Tamarack Road, 23-year-old Mitchell Burggraf of Daytona Beach, Florida was stopped and then arrested on a charge of First Offense Operating While Intoxicated.  He was also booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
