Aase Haugen installs additional hydrotherapy tub

Aase Haugen Senior Services nursing facility has installed a hydrotherapy bathing whirlpool, thanks in part to a grant provided by Winneshiek County Community Foundation.

Says Aase Haugen CNA Kristy Kimber, "This system is unique in that we are able to recline the tub after the resident is in it, letting them soak and enjoy the whirlpool – and they really seem to like it."

More than 40 residents on the Meadows wing of Aase Haugen nursing facility have access to this new unit.
