Raptor Resource Project crews have been searching for the male bald eagle at the Decorah Nest

A search team continues to look for "Dad Decorah," the male bald eagle who was last seen on the Decorah Eagle Nest about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, but has been missing since then.

"Mom Decorah" and the three eaglets are in good condition, but Mom Decorah has vocalized her displeasure at an unidentified male eagle who has begun perching close by the nest tree.  Raptor Resource volunteers say the new bald eagle "does not seem to pose a threat."
