Decorah man arrested for OWI

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports 23-year-old Cody Gillmeister of Decorah was arrested on Friday shortly before midnight for operating while under the influence. Gillmeister was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail
