Postville man faces a new charge for his actions inside the Winneshiek County Jail

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office has filed a criminal charge against a Postville man who is currently inside the county jail.

37-year-old Ramon Sepulveda of Postville has been charged with Felony Criminal Mischief for allegedly intentionally shattering the toilet in his jail cell. The incident occurred early Thursday morning.
